While working within the Real Estate community, I noticed that Realtors were always challenged with finding consistant help in an inconsistant and ever changing market. While conducting training classes for Prudential, I began to notice how much an assistant could actually do without being located within an agent's office. Furthermore, I realized that there was no correlation between being a successful Realtor and having the ability to design flyers, postcards, maintain a website and manage transactions. Those who are successful spend their time with clients and prospects while affectively delegating what they don't know or don't have time for to those who do.
Having a talented staff in addition to being a Licensed Realtor® with sales experience in Residential, New Homes, Land & Loan Origination, Former Director of Business Developement for a website company and a graduate of San Diego State University, gave me the ability to develope a system that our clients highly depend on. Although Virtual Administrative Assistance is a relatively new concept, it has proven to be not only successful but necessary.
