• Make sure all documents are fully executed by all parties.
• Email reminders to buyers or sellers for insurance & to forward address.
• Email buyers or sellers San Diego Utility Company Information Sheet.
• Will use online transaction systems upon request.
• Provide a copy of the file on CD for the Agent, Client & Broker.
