Transaction Coordination
The following is what we include in this service:

  • Provide a copy of the file on CD for the Agent & Client.
  • Deliver the paper file to the broker.
  • Continuous follow-up to obtain all documentation.
  • Will communicate directly with buyers and sellers upon request.
  • Order Natural Hazard Report & Home Warranty.
  • Proactive in gathering documentation from any involved parties other than the agent we represent.
  • Will provide online file share when requested.
  • Will provide a disclosure packet for the sellers to fill out.
  • A signed closing letter with your client’s CD.
  • We issue our invoice directly to escrow.
  • Mail a copy of the closing statement to the client in January of 2008 to utilize when filing their taxes.
